About Maranda
You have felt it, the quiet weight that follows you through your days. Maybe it shows up as unanswered questions, thoughts you can’t shake, or the ache of missing someone who mattered more than words can express.
You want to feel like yourself again. You want clarity, purpose, and support that meets you where you are. Asking for help is never easy, but it can be life changing.
Together we will explore the things left unsaid, make sense of your feelings, and begin to understand who you are in a world that feels different.
Grief, loss, and life transitions can feel isolating. Sometimes it is a quiet ache, other times a storm of guilt, confusion, and endless questions. I know because I have been there. Losing someone we love reshapes us, whether it is a parent, a partner, a friend, or even the version of ourselves we thought we would always be. Even in that pain, there is space for growth, meaning, and joy.
This work is about more than surviving. It’s about finding your footing, understanding your grief, and reclaiming the life you want to live. We will honor your loss while also exploring the person you are becoming. There is no timeline, no right way to feel, no rules you must follow. There is space to process, reflect, and grow.
My path to therapy began in my adolescence. At 17 I entered the foster care system and was encouraged to try therapy to process my experiences. I was hesitant at first, unsure if talking to someone could really help. That decision changed my life. My therapist helped me understand that helped shape me, but it did not define me. That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others find the same guidance and support.
When I’m not in session, you will usually find me outside paddle boarding, hiking, or enjoying the beach. I love reading, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with Winter!
