  • We offer in person therapy for individuals who live in Orlando and surrounding area. We also offer virtual therapy for individuals who are a residents of the state of Florida.

    We also offer play and sand tray therapy for children and adolescents as well as group therapy for individuals all experiencing a similar life issue.

  • Standard/ Sliding Scale Fees

    • Standard fees are set to reflect a counselor’s specialty, time in practice, and treatment planning they devote to each session. Our goal is always to be transparent about costs so you can focus on your growth without surprises.

    • Sliding scale options are available to those who find it difficult to meet the standard fee per session. These spots are limited and are based on a clinician’s caseload and availability. The standard process for these slots often require income verficiation, however, we value trust and therefore leave it to the discretion of the counselor and client to determine these rates.

    Insurance Friendly Services

    • Insurance paneling is subject to a counselor’s time in practice and an insurance panels “opennes”. Therefore, each clinician is in network with a variety of panels.

    • If a clinician is not-in-network with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide out of network billing on your behalf with Mentaya. We submit superbills detailing the service provided and your insurance company reimburses you up to 80% of their allotted cost. You can learn more and check your reimbursement by clicking here.
