Hi! I’m Jan!

I welcome individuals who are seeking support on their journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being. My goal is to assist clients in coping with mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges while increasing awareness of the value of mental health.

I provide education, practical tools, and evidence-based techniques to support lasting, meaningful change.I focus on helping people explore and overcome both past and present challenges, offering a space that is compassionate, supportive, and free of judgment. Through guidance and collaboration, I work with clients to build resilience, self-awareness, and personal empowerment.I have experience working with teenagers, adults, and couples.

My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, ADHD, relationship stress, low self-esteem, domestic violence, family conflict, and LGBTQ+ support.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide the therapeutic process. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you in creating the change you’re seeking.
